One of the great things about photographing weddings is that you get to make new friends everytime you do one. This Sunday I made a LOT of new friends that I’ll remember for years to come.
Brian & Kayla were married this Sunday at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach. Uncle Jerry performed the ceremony as about 100 people watched the couple say their vows.
The weather was brutally hot but everyone remained in good spirits and then dashed indoors for the A/C. They bridal party and family were just as eager as everyone else to get some relief so we didn’t shoot as many “formal” pictures as we typically do. Candidly, cutting things short didn’t sound like a bad idea to me. 🙂
My second shooter for Kayla’s wedding was a photographer named Roosevelt who did a great job. I’d like to publicly thank him for all his efforts.
So listen gang, Roosevelt & I shot over 1,400 images over the span of a few hours. Today is the day after the wedding and I know how much everyone looks forward to seeing the pictures.
Reality dictates that all of those images cannot be processed that quickly but I wanted to get some of the more important moments up on Facebook for everyone.
Is you don’t see your picture (and unless you are family you probably won’t) do not fear. I’ll be processing the rest of the images over the next few days.
I hope that you enjoy the images as much as we enjoyed taking them. They are now a part of Brian & Kayla’s legacy and we hope that they’ll look back on them from time to time and smile.
